It’s Elementary Show #3 Podcasts - Just Listen to Me!
Shows August 15th, 2007We had a very information packed discussion full of insights and suggestions with our guest, Wes Fryer. Our show included discussion of the following:
- We discussed what podcasting is and why you would want to podcast.
- Examples from each of our classrooms (Kinder on up) of podcasting and our insights from that experience.
- Wesley then shared resources on podcasting.
- We then opened up a round table discussion.
Wes made his own podcast of the show, and has show notes on his blog, Moving at the Speed of Creativity.
Other resources from the show:
- Our show outline can be viewed here
- Our Diigo links which include more podcasting resources than we could cover in a 30 minute show. Check them out if you’d like more information.

Great show everyone! I listened to it on podcast from not only EdTech Talk, but also SpeedofCreativity by Wesley Fryer. I agree with Wes that the idea of using the phone messaging service to push out podcasts is a great way to make that connection to parents who don’t have access in their homes!
I hope to listen to your show live next time. Keep up the great work! Thanks, Jose, for sharing the great work that you are all doing!
